【赛迪网讯】7月29日消息，针对今天美法院做出的一项对Google聘用李开复设限的裁决，Google方面表示，Google并无意让李开复从事任何与他之前在微软的项目有竞争性的事务。
法官在下发的限制令中表示，禁止李开复在Google从事产品、服务或项目工作(包括
网络和桌面搜索技术)的时候，不能同他之前在微软从事的工作类似。Google强调，“我们没有这样的意向让李开复做这些事情”，对此，Google中国公共公司提供了Google总部的声明。
中文声明：
我们中国的研发工程院计划会如期推进，不会有任何干扰。
虽然我们并不认为这个临时性限制命令有必要，我们满意的是，法官意识到 Google 和李博士所需要做的只是要避免李博士做任何与他之前在微软的项目有竞争性的事务。正如我们一直说的那样，我们没有这样的意向让他做这些事情。法官同时也要求微软更清楚地阐明他们认为李博士在微软曾经做过的、并将会与Google有冲突的事务。我们期待着微软执行此要求，给出清晰的说明。
这个临时性限制命令只是一个暂时性用来维持现状的措施，是为了帮助法庭有更多的时间充分考虑双方的立场。 我们很有信心，当法官这么做了之后，他一定会站在Google和李博士一边。微软的恐吓行为不会得逞。

While we don‘t believe a TRO is necessary, we‘re gratified that the judge recognized that all Google and Dr. Lee have to is avoid having Dr. Lee do anything competitive with what he did at Microsoft. As we have said all
along, we have no intention of having him do that. The judge also ordered Microsoft to be more specific in identifying the matters that Dr. Lee worked on at Microsoft that they claim are competitive with what he will do at Google. We will be looking for clarification when Microsoft complies with
the judge‘s order.
The TRO is only a temporary measure to maintain the status quo and to give the court more time to fully consider the parties positions. We are
confident that once the judge has done so he will side with Google and Dr.Lee.
Microsoft‘s will not prevail in their intimidation campaign.
